| Shipping Charges |
We charge a flat $10 per order for
shipping/handling. Some larger/heavier items are subject
to an additional charge. 2nd Day or Next Day Air priority
delivery is available at cost. Shipments outside the
USA are billed for actual shipping cost. |

also ride, so you may get an answering machine. When leaving
a message, tell us your name, telephone number and best
time to call. We will return your call promptly. If you do

| E-Mail Orders |
Due to security considerations, listing
your Credit Card information in an email is NOT recommended. However,
you can call first and provide your credit information
by phone (name on card, number, and exp. date). Thereafter,
you can then email your orders to . Make
sure to include your telephone number, name, address,
order instructions and the last four digits (only) of your
credit card number. We will confirm your order by email. |

Orders from outside the U.S. are welcome. However,
payment must be made by either MasterCard or Visa. Orders
are shipped via airmail. You will be charged for actual postage

COOL TACK Guarantees Satisfaction! We
will do everything we can to correct any problems with
your purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be received within
15 days from the day you received the order. Return
the item with invoice/receipt stating reason for return,
insured, postage paid.
You will receive a refund, minus original shipping
costs. Merchandise must be in UNUSED CONDITION! Returns
over 15 days, up to 30 days, will receive credit only
and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. NO RETURNS
OVER 30 DAYS!
Special Orders (BioThane or Beta-Series), Insert
Pads or Heart Rate Monitors can be returned ONLY if materials
or workmanship are defective. Such items will be repaired
or replaced as appropriate. |

a distributer of products manufactured and warranted by

particular purpose. Horses are strong and unpredictable
creatures, it is therefore the responsibility of the owner
to assess fitness and suitability of a product for his
